Who I Am
I’m Taylor. I like to think of myself as a writer, a student, a frequent overachiever, and an opportunist. I’m in the process of getting my Bachelor’s degree in marketing communication/advertising. I’m also pursuing a minor in business administration.
I get involved on campus as a volunteer tour guide for the admissions department, a writer for my school’s chapter of Her Campus, and a member of my school’s activities board, which organizes all the fun events on campus. On top of all that, I still make lots of time for studying and completing assignments, and so far it’s paying off, to the tune of a hard-earned 4.0 GPA.
My school is a beautiful private college located in coastal Massachusetts. I even have a beautiful ocean view from my dorm room, so I truly can’t complain. Every once in a while my friends and I will trek down to the nearby beach for a day in the sun.
One of my biggest dreams is to travel the world. So far, I’m on track to study abroad during my junior year (fingers crossed). My dream destinations include Italy, France, and Greece.
I’m always looking for something new to tackle. I dabble in photography, graphic design, web design, crochet, soap making, and just about any other craft I can get my hands on. I’m a big fan of anything DIY, and I like to think of myself as an expert bargain hunter.
Taking a creative approach seems to work best for me. You’ll find snippets of my creative work throughout the blog. I even design my own graphics and logos.
I also love to write, and that’s one of the reasons I started Success Sense. From creative writing to blog posts, I love sharing my thoughts with the world. Someday I hope to publish a novel. Fun fact: I’ve already written two, but never showed them to anyone!
What I Do
I started Success Sense in an attempt to share my candid thoughts and ideas with the world. This blog is my outlet to share tips, strategies, and ideas with all of you, helping you make sense of success and reach your full potential.
The goal of Success Sense is to give you all the tips and advice that you need to navigate both student and professional life. I hope that my blog will be a helpful resource for you.
Whether you want to know what studying style suits your upcoming exam, how to maximize study time for your learning style, how to stay organized, or even how to decorate your dorm room, I’m here to guide you on your path to academic and personal success.
I hope you will join me on this journey, and share your thoughts with me in return. I also hope that we can connect and have fun together along the way.
